If you need to return an item you have bought from Calm Recovery you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
In order to eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it. Please understand that some of our products cannot be returned, if they are:
- Gift cards
- Items bought on sale
- Food products e.g. CBD Cookies
Shipping your return
To return your product, please send the product to our mailing address: Calm Recovery Ltd 10 Candover Close, Tadley, RG26 3TZ.
Unfortunately, for any returns, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using Parcel2Go for shipping.
When we receive your return we’ll send you an email right away to let you know we have received it safely. The email will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved we will process it immediately. You should expect to see the money back on the original method of payment within a 2-3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t see the money in your account after a few days, first please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
If your item is defective or damaged we will happily exchange it with a new one. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will guide you through the process.
